Design-and-Build
One of our designers will work with you in multiple stages to create concept sketches, different options, and a final design. What can you expect during our design process? It all starts with an initial on-site consultation where our designer listens to your needs and dreams for your outdoor retreat and documents the starting point. Then there is a site analysis and survey which may include measuring, soil testing, and obtaining an official plat if available. Our designers will create a range of options to accommodate different budgets and timeframes before creating a final design.
*Note: We design in order to build. Our designs are not intended to be standalone but are meant to be part of a project that we install for you.
